  1. How many institutional investors will see my deal?

    SenAer has access to 1,300+ participating institutions and over 13,000+ affiliated contacts.

  2. How can I be sure that my identity and information is kept confidential?

    As the seller, you control who can access your deal drive. Your Dataroom will be closed to a potential buyer until an NDA has been executed. Permissions are also configured to your specifications.

  3. How do I know if a potential buyer has executed an NDA?

    Each potential buyer has its own segregated portal in the SenAer Documentation Management System. Once the NDA is fully executed, it will be verified and uploaded into the relevant party’s folder.

  4. My portfolio of aircraft is currently on-lease. Can I still use SenAer Trading?

    Yes. SenAer Trading has system familiarity with securitisation ownership technology which can equally facilitate completions using outright sales and novations or GATS Trustee owner trust structures. Permissions can also be configured to afford partial access to external lawyers and incumbent lessors to participate in the sales process in an optimal manner for on-lease deals – always at the seller’s direction and with its control.

  5. I already have a successful trading team that has existing buyer contacts. Why should I use SenAer Trading?

    Your sales team can fully synch with and manage the sales process on SenAer Trading. Requesting your existing contacts to use the SenAer Trading platform and Documentation Management System creates transactional efficiencies speeding up completion and lowering expenses.

  6. Can my lawyers, accountants, advisors, lessors and lenders access my SenAer Documentation Management System?

    As the seller, you control who can access your deal on the SenAer Documentation Management System. In addition, you may grant different levels of permissions thereby controlling where your advisor teams and service providers spend their time.

  7. Can SenAer assist with access to service providers if we wish to pursue acquisition opportunities?

    Yes. Our team have industry links to many market participants, advisors and service providers including Servicers, GATS Trustees, Maintenance Providers and third-party Leasing Specialists.

  8. I am interested in investing in a portfolio of aircraft but am new to this asset class. How can SenAer help?
